- PLAN TWO - 2.5% we provide a full marketing system. We furnish the yard signs, pay for all marketing costs, schedule all the showings, and handle all the paperwork. We write the contracts. All you do is show your house.
- PLAN THREE - 3.9%-Same services as above plus the property also appears in the Triangle Multiple Listing Service for other Realtors to show. If that system is involved in the sale you only pay 3.9%. Yet IF KEITH HOBBS REALTY makes the sale, we only charge our small fee of 2.5%. This is the best of both worlds.
